Burnout in game development

For my fellow engineers: This is an interesting article on burnout and early retirement (from the programming field at least) resulting from overwork in software development shops. It’s appropriate given that I’m currently stuck at work on a weekend, slave to a computer running a set of ridiculously long and complex geospatial processing tasks.
