Tobacco Giant Wants Access to Research on Kid’s Smoking Habits

Philip Morris wants access to research on kids’ smoking habits. This is a difficult case since the tobacco company will certainly use the research for no good, but the freedom of information act needs to be robustly enforced in ordert to be useful to the free exchange of information on public institutions.
