Windows Phone is fast but no one wants it.

CIO Magazine talks about Microsoft’s recent propaganda advertising exercise and how Windows phone is actually pretty fast, especially since it’s sold on high-end hardware and subsidized by Microsoft, but that no one is buying into the Windows Phone ecosystem. There’s also a tidbit or two about Microsoft stacking the deck against Android and IOS and trying to avoid paying up when they lost.

I understand Microsoft wanting to compete in this critical field, but are they utterly incapable of competing fairly?
