Best Windows PDF Viewer – 2014

The best PDF viewer for Microsoft Windows is Sumatra. It’s open source, fast, free, and highly recommended by sites such as CNET. I use it at home and work and recommend it to others.

If you use Windows at all, you’ve probably dealt with Adobe’s PDF Reader application. It’s slow, bloated, and includes a helper app that runs every time you launch the application to see if there are updates. Adobe’s is just a terrible, no good, very bad application. Don’t use it.

Sumatra is good for simple reading pdf-files, but I prefer PDF-XChange Viewer (and much more portable version, what doesn’t need instalation on my pc). It does so much compare with famous Adobe and Foxit and much more stable works. I can open even multipage TIFF-files not only from rtf, images, scaner… And you can make any annotations in your pdfs, bookmarks…
    It is on CNET too:
Aslo reseantly I downloaded PDF-XChange Editor – newest and can say – that is fantastic! Will buy full version.
